Build a genuine Rocky Mountain Log Cabin Bar in one of the busiest bars in Dublin

Achieving cut through at point of purchase is the greatest challenge in the on-trade. So it was essential to develop an offering that was permanent and enduring.

The key to this bar is authenticity. The entire bar was built from logs and trees that were sourced, processed and treated. Screens appear as windows to the Rockies playing animated movies of the Rocky Mountain Vista, including moving clouds over the mountains.

The bar was installed in the outdoor garden area of the outlet. The entire installation was filmed and photographed, and an online video was created to engage with consumers and trade to show this unique process.
