Coors Light Live at the Latin Quarter May Bank Holiday Music Weekender 2011 was an exciting weekend of free gigs encompassing all the bars in Galway's Latin Quarter.
Galway city played host to the first ever ‘Coors Light Live at the Latin Quarter', 3 days of live performances including Jape, Cathy Davey, Donal Dineen, O Death, Legends of Vegas, Converse Allstars plus many more with performances in 19 venues. Music fans were also treated to some live street action including Tucan and North Strand Contra Band.
The outdoor ‘pop-up' gigs and customised visibility throughout the venues created a festival feel. The weekender was promoted via press, outdoor, digital, admobiles & radio.
Tickets to all shows were free (except Hoya Hoya & Grahan Dolan) and issued on a first come first served basis at each venue on each night.
